Please, try the following steps:
- Make sure that the device is installed correctly on the charging station, right in the middle of the recess. It is important that it is not being shifted to the side and that there is nothing between the band’s back and the base station’s recess.
- Try to connect the charging station to a PC USB port.
- Try to use a different USB cord.
